Published by: Adhav Rajesh and Patrick Halim
These standards apply to the BayLeaf Cooking mobile app and related services.
Effective Date: 02/26/2026

This page describes BayLeaf’s standards and enforcement related to child safety, including our strict prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These standards apply to all content and behavior on the BayLeaf app and services.

  1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE / CSAM

BayLeaf prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We do not allow content that sexualizes or exploits minors, attempts to groom or entice minors, or any attempt to create, share, request, or distribute CSAM.

  2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
    • Any CSAM or content depicting or promoting sexual exploitation of minors.
    • Grooming, enticement, or attempts to initiate sexual contact with minors.
    • Requests for sexual content involving minors, including links or coded requests.
    • Any behavior that endangers minors or facilitates exploitation.
  3. Reporting Mechanism

BayLeaf provides an in-app reporting feature for posts, recipes, comments, and users. If you see content or behavior that may violate these standards, please report it in-app. You may also contact us at bayleafapp@gmail.com.

  4. How We Respond

We review reports as quickly as possible and prioritize reports involving child safety. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE-related violations, we take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law, which may include removing content and suspending or terminating accounts.

  5. Reporting Confirmed CSAM

Where required by law, we maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, and to preserve information as needed for legal compliance.
